Brief Overview
North Laguna Creek Valley Hi Community Association (NLCVHCA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community association in Sacramento, is committed to enhancing the lives of its residents, and businesses. Member volunteers advocate for safety, equity, community engagement, and responsible growth to foster vibrant neighborhoods within our community.
Nonpartisan Policy
The North Laguna Creek Valley Hi Community Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and operates strictly as a nonpartisan community association. In accordance with federal law, we do not endorse, support, or oppose any candidates for public office. This includes candidates for Congress, City Council, School Board, County offices, or any other elected position.
Our association may host community meetings, educational presentations, and candidate forums, but these activities are conducted in a neutral and balanced manner. When candidates are invited to speak, all viable candidates for that office are given equal opportunity to participate.
